I am literally angry with rage. Handelabra told me that everything was “complete” way back in May of 2019. We had a whole sale about it and everything. But now it’s the 6th anniversary, and they’ve gone and added all kinds of new things, and they’re gonna be celebrating for a whole week: October 14th-21st. (I am already so tired). This is at least some of what they’ve told me to expect (and by “told me”, I of course mean “I hacked the Gibson to find out”):
An update to the game (with new challenge modes and achievements)
A new album of hero theme songs (with a listening party, of course)
A sale (with discounts like you’ve never seen before)
An internet-spanning achievement contest (with an unnecessary parenthetical)
Streams and reveals, including a truly troubling implication that this ISN’T the end? (These folks seemed to miss the memo that everything was “Complete” back in 2019.)
Enjoy it all, and I guess we’ll be back to “complete” this all again next year. And the year after? Will it ever end? WHAT IS A COMPLETIONIST TO DO?!

Achievement Contest
There are 16 new achievements to be earned in Sentinels of the Multiverse, version 3.1. Starting when this version is released on October 14th, it’s a race to see who will earn them first! If you remember the Fall of the Variants, or the Evolution of Odd Allies, you’ll have an idea of how this will work:
If you unlock the achievement, grab a screenshot of the banner showing the unlock, or of your account showing that it’s been unlocked. You can earn the achievement on any platform.

New achievement tracker makes it easy to track your successes!
Progress toward achievements is tracked locally on your device. If you play on multiple devices, be sure to focus on a single achievement on one device.
In version 3.1, you can check your progress on Villain and Environment achievements by viewing the full card on the New Game or Multiverse screens.
Villain variants are not included in any achievements (besides the previous achievements for unlocking them).
Standard achievements also count victories in higher difficulty modes. Advanced and Challenge achievements also count victories in Ultimate mode.
All progress on the achievements must be earned starting with version 3.1 or later. Defeats of villains/environments in previous versions are not tracked.
In OblivAeon mode, environments count for “Any Time, Any Place” and “Protector of Worlds” as long as they have entered the game before you win. Destroyed environments count; unused environments do not count.
